Bootstrap multiselect and tabs will now work on the same page.

Added the possibility to destroy/unbind the plugin. Adjusted link and
label style for the dropdown. Minor changes.

Added Roadmap / Todo. Current solution for multiple selects is not
usable for mobile devices with touchscreen.

The dropdown butotn can now be customized by using classes. Removed the
'none' option and renamed the 'selected' option to 'text'.
